First go to reception desk on ground floor to get an access card.
Use access card to enter elevator.
The German embassy is on the 8th floor.
If you have an appointment, don't forget to bring a printout of the email confirming your reservation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couldn’t pick up documents myself so I called before and have them tell me what my husband needs in order to pick it up for me. Prepared everything exactly as told. Once my husband arrived he was very rudely told it’s not enough, Eventhough they still handed him out my document. After that he was told next time to come pick up at 11:30. please give the information over the phone correctly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to visit the Embassy to apply for a new passport.
The lady at the info desk was very friendly, the application process itself went quite smoothly, and even though I made a mistake with the paper work, the lady at the counter helped me on the spot.
The email correspondence with the Embassy was also all right.
My passport arrived after 3 weeks. No complaints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. The middle aged lady sitting there was soo grumpy and rude. Some of my documents were wrong but she doesn't have the right to throw out my documents. It was really unprofessional and something that I will never forget. Goodluck to the ones who are applying for visa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ one of the worst experiences ever. The lady who attended me was extremely rude, she did not say hello or goodbye and have the feeling I was annoying here with my questions. She was one of the most unfriendly persons I have ever met. I had a very bitter sensation afterwards, and I felt very bad as I was the entire time very respectful polite and friendly. I hope never need to go back there :(
Nevertheless the rest of the people seemed quite nice. At the entrance the personal was extremly nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The security guard and entrance personel were all very friendly and helpful. However the middle age lady who helped me with my documents was flat out rude and unprofessional in the begining of our interaction. She needs to work on her tone when talking to people...
Also there is a locker to store your belongings just before you enter the consular section. Prepare cash beforehard for fees. They do not take card payment
