Оплату консульского сбора теперь можно производить прямо в посольстве при наличии корейской банковской карты I go for the third time and all the times I was received quite politely and on time. Как в России побывал, а, позвонив 19сент сказали, что будет все работать. С ансонга до Сеула в 6~8 утра, а почему бы и нет... Great place, arrived 20sept. W	Won52noW (난다원반장) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 러시아 비자문제로 대사관 내 영사과 비자발급센터를 찾아가는데 길이 잘 안내 되어있지는 않다. 사진에 나와있듯이 대사관저를 끼고 배제공원을 통과하면 조그만 초소가 나오고 그 옆에 조그만 문이있다. 사진속의 유리벽돌처럼 생긴 곳으로 들어가 번호표를 뽑고 기다리면 되는데 입구에 한국인 직원분이 친절히 안내해준다. 비자센터는 상당히 비좁고 대기시간이 길다. 업무시간은 월, 수, 금요일이며 오전 9시30분 부터 12시30분까지.. 오후에는 2시 30분 부터 5시 30분까지이다. 점심시간에 간다면 얄짤없이 대기이다. 화, 목, 주말, 러시아 공휴일에는 업무를 보지 않으니 잘 확인하고 가야한다. Due to the Russian visa issue, I went to the consulate at the embassy and the visa issuance center, but the route is not well guided. As you can see in the photo, if you pass through the exclusion park through the embassy, you will see a small guard post and a small door next to it. You just need to go to the place that looks like a glass brick in the photo, pull out a number tag, and wait, and a Korean staff member will guide you kindly at the entrance. Visa centers are quite cramped and have long waiting times. Business hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday. From 9:30 am to 12:30 am. From 2:30 to 5:30 pm. If you go to lunch break, it's a bit of a wait. I do not work on Tuesdays, Thursdays, weekends, and Russian holidays, so check carefully.

D	Dennis Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Korean native receptionist dealing with Korean citizens definitely needs to listen to speakers. Stop jumping in while your client talks and let him/her finish it. That was very rude. You should re-provide her with more of job training until she completely understands how to take calls. Thus, according to my experience, I grade 1 star. But the Russian native receptionist was way much kinder. So, you got 2 stars.
A	Alessandro Vitale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room where the bureaucracy is done is relatively small and you will have to wait a while depending on what you need to do. If you need to get a visa you have to go to the Russia Visa Application Center-Seoul which is located in: 5F Danam Building, 10 Sowol Ro, Jung Gu, Seoul. As I understood it you can only get a Visa for Russia as a non-Korean if you have a valid Visa(Student or work) for Korea.
