★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 제주 수협에서 공수해 온 갈치라는데 믿고 먹어요.
밑반찬으로 나온 음식도 깔끔하고 맛도 괜찮아요.
특히 기름과 소금없이 구운 김이 정말 담백하고 고소해요

전체적으로 짠건아니지만
짠맛만 도드라지고 마늘의 알싸함이나
찌개국물의 깊은맛, 감칠맛이 많이 부족했다.
원래 갈치보다 찌개 국물에 밥비벼 먹으면
밥 한두그릇은 뚝딱인데... ㅠㅠ
갈치가 많이 비싼지 생각보다 양도 적고
기본 밑반찬도 좀 아쉬웠다.

본인은 모친이 갈치구이를 좋아하셔서..

총평.
제주산갈치라 뼈가 얇고 살이 부드러움.
단, 1급이상이 아닌 갈치들인지 살이 적음.
(1인분 2만원) 가격대비 거부감없는 맛이긴 하지만.. 글쎄..
게장, 의외로 중국산 이지만 살이 꽉차 먹기 좋았음.
게장 양념을 밥에 비벼 김에 싸서 먹다보니 두공기는 금방 사라짐.
국이 들깨미역국. 익숙한 그 맛. 건더기가;;
본인은 주차 공간을 중시 여기는지라.. 굳이 몇 자 적자면..
가게 초입은 좁고 주차장이 협소하여 대형 차량기준 5-6대 주차하면 공간 없어짐.

일요일 식사가능.
갈치구이 부드러움.(살이 좀 적음)
게장 먹기 좋음.
가격이 좀비쌈.

Jeju-produced Galchia has thin bones and soft flesh.
However, if they are not 1st grade or higher, they have less weight.
(20,000 won per serving) It tastes like no resistance to the price, but... well...
Crabjang, surprisingly made in China, but it was full of meat and was easy to eat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2인세트 5만5천원. 갈치찌개와 갈치구이 세트인데요. 찌개는 국물이 자작한게 조림에 가깝다는 느낌입니다. 짜지않고 매콤하며 구이는 바삭한 게 아주 맛있네요.
결정적으로 좀 비싼 것 같아요.

무우는 아주 얇게 썰어서 무우맛도 없고.15년전 봉덕동은잊어라.
