★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 건물 리모델링 했다고 해서 그런지 주차하고 들어간 건물은
좋았음
식전에 주는 따뜻한 육수? 가 입맛을 짭쪼롬하게 만들었고
그 뒤에 나온 평양냉면은 아무맛도 느껴지지 않았다...
만두 반접시메뉴는 좋았다

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 평냉 좋아해서 지인 추천으로 갔는데
면은 보통의 평냉에 비해 조금 쫄깃하여 이빨로 잘 끊어지지가 않음. 그리고 육수는 보통 바닥이 보이도록 원샷을 하는 펀인데
절반을 다 못먹었다. 알고보니 제형면옥은 면요리보다는 전골이나 불고기요리가 메인인듯. 다들 냉면먹는 사람 보다 전골이나 불고기 드시는 분이 많아요.

I didn't eat half of it. It turns out that Jeonjeongmyeonok is mainly made with hot pot or bulgogi rather than noodles. More people eat hot pot or bulgogi than people who eat cold noodles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 평양냉면을 너무 좋아해서 방문했습니다. 평냉 초보자도 호불호 없이 좋아할 맛과 간이었습니다. 대구 여행가서 전날 곱창에 술을 마셨는데 평냉을 아침에 먹으니 해장도 되고 갈증도 해소되어 정말 맛있게 먹고나왔습니다.
I liked Pyongyang cold noodles so much that I visited. It was the taste and liver that even beginners would like and dislike. I had a drink at the gopchang the day before I went on a trip to Daegu, but when I ate plain cold in the morning, I was able to eat soybean paste and quenched my thirst, so I really enjoyed it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the food of nobility brought to the masses. Old fashioned dishes are served on old fashioned brass dishes. But it's served up fast in a modern dining style. The cold noodle dishes are refreshing on a hot day. There's ample parking and it's easy to find.
