m	mooncake on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 갠병원 치료받다 병원급에서만 치료가능하다 해서 갔더니 치료도 아니고 검사 하나 받는데 무슨 2시간 걸리고 간호사들 다 싸가지없고 치료받는데 실습생인지 뭔지 모를 애들 빙 둘러싸고 노려보고 있고 최악. 진단하나 받으려고 사진찍는데 한시간 넘게 걸리고. 그나마 갈때마다 공손하게 대해주는 원무과 남직원땜에 별하나 더 씀. 사람 정색빨게 하는 병원임. It's not the treatment, but it takes two hours to get a test and the nurses are not cheap and they're staring around the children. It takes over an hour to take a picture to get a diagnosis. Every time I go, I use one more star for polite and polite staff. It is a hospital that makes people red.
장	장재혁 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 12월 마지막날. 올해 아직 스케일링을 안 받아서. 보험적용 연도 바뀌기 전에 스케일링을 받으러 갔습니다. 주변 로컬치과에서는 몇번 스케일링 받아봤는데 영 세심하지 못 했어서, 다른 대형치과병원에서 원래 계속 받았었는데, 거기는 항상 예약이 꽉 차 있어서 오늘 당일 진료는 어렵거든요. 여기 원광대치과병원은 예약 안해도 당일 진료도 된다길래 오늘 (2020년 12월 31일) 갔어요. 근데 지하주차장을 들어갔더니, 주차장관리직원이 처음 마주치자마자 매우 고압적인 태도로 왜 멋대로 하느냐, 여기선 내 지시를 따라야 한다면서 엄청 불친절하게 굴었어요. 우리가 운전을 멋대로 한 것도 아니었습니다. 그냥 지하 들어가서 기계식주차장 보이길래 대기하다가, 주차관리원 와서 지시받으려고 하니까 대뜸 하는 말이 저런 식이었어요. 주차관리원은 차 끌고 오는 사람이 처음 마주치는, 병원의 첫 인상을 결정하는 사람일텐데 저런 태도라니. 주차장 관리원들이 원래 전반적으로 친절하지는 않은 경향이 있긴 하지만, 제가 지금까지 이렇게 고객을 무시하는 관리원은 처음 봅니다. 어이가 없어서, 진료 안 받고 그냥 바로 차 돌려서 나왔습니다. 앞으로 여긴 다시는 진료 받으러 안 올 겁니다.
