★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 창구 박0한대리 불친절하기가 이를 데 없음. 눈빛과 말투로 손님을 뭉갬. 너무 황당해서 부지점장한테 얘기했더니 박대리가 우수직원으로 상을 받았다고 함. 그러면 다른 직원들은 더 불친절하단 말이 되는건가? 지금까지 경험한 은행 창구 직원 중 최악이었음.
It is not easy to be unfriendly. Unite guests with eyes and tone. It was so absurd that I talked to the assistant manager that Park Dae-ri won the award as an excellent employee. Does that mean other employees are more unkind? It was the worst bank teller I've ever experienced.
