2021년 6월중순경 방문했다 아쉽다. 좋은 유산인데...관리를 안하고 방치하니... 근대 한옥으로서 충분히 보존가치가 있는 곳이고... 주변 반월호수와 함께 관광자원으로 활용할 수 있을 것 같은데... 처마가 내려 앉아서...지지대로 임시 변통하고 있고... 이뿐 아니라..마루도 거의 다 주저 앉았있다. 근본적으로 지반이 내려 앉는 것 같다. 뒷마당으로 접근도 할 수 없고...건물 규모도 꽤 큰 것 같은데...이렇게 계속 방치할 건지... 소유권 문제때문인지..하여튼 안타깝다 찾은 것도 겨우 GPS 이용해서... 주변에 안내문도 없고... 군포시청 공무원은 대체 뭐하는가? 또.. 앞마당에서 호수를 바라보자면... 바로 앞 건설 컨테이너들이 방치되어 있어... 이또한 흉물이 아닐 수 없는데.... 유산이라고 지정만 할 게 아니라, 관리를 해야할 것 아닌가!!

Visited around mid-June 2021 too bad. It's a good legacy...if you don't take care of it and leave it... As a modern hanok, it is a place worth preserving... I think it can be used as a tourist resource along with the nearby Banwol Lake... The eaves are sitting down... as a makeshift support... Not only that... but the floor is almost all slumped down. Basically, the ground seems to be sinking. I can't even access the backyard...I think the size of the building is quite large...Is it going to be left unattended like this...Is it because of ownership issues...I'm sorry What I found was only using GPS... There is no information around there... What are the officials of the Gunpo City Hall doing ? ? . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Also... If you look at the lake from the front yard... The construction containers right in front of you are left unattended...
