The characteristic is that the shell is thick and chewy. The menu says how much it is in the half, so I only got half of it. In the end, I had to do more than one muscle, which was a bit unsatisfactory, and the boss has something strange (?) Feeling like the service is carved out of meat. The meat tastes good. If you go 2 people, please make at least one.
