합정 젤맛난돈가스. 식사전 떡볶이 서비스 굿.
개인적으로 마루돈가스보다 더 맛났어요.
사장님이 트와이스 정연&배우 공승연 자매 이모님이시래요. 어쩐지 다 미인이시더라니.

Personally, it tasted better than Marudongas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 고기도 좋고 맛도 좋았는데 다 먹었더니 오랫만에 기름진걸 먹어서 그런건지 저에게는 조금 느끼했어요...
그래도 바삭하고 기름도 깨끗한거쓰시는거 같아요:)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 등심돈까스 만원. 고기가 굉장히 두툼한데도 질기지 않고 적당히 씹는 맛이 있으면서도 부드럽다. 곁들여 먹는 소금, 와사비 돈까스 소스, 깍두기, 단무지무침도 돈까스와 잘 어울린다. 특히 단무지를 유자에 무쳐서 굉장히 상큼달콤하니 맛나다. 양이 너무 많아서 밥은 거의 먹지 못했다. 보통 음식점들의 기준이 건장한 성인 남성의 식사량에 맞춰져 있어 아쉽다.
사진은 없지만 요리가 나오기 전에 떡볶이가 나오는데, 달달한 소스에 밀떡으로 만든 옛날 느낌이 나는 떡볶이다.
연어회덮밥 만원. 역시 양도 많고 연어도 적당히 들어있다.
Sirloin pork cutlet 10,000 won. Although the meat is very thick, it is not chewy and has a moderate chewy taste and is soft. Served with salt, wasabi pork cutlet sauce, kkakdugi, and pickled pickled radish go well with pork cutlet. Especially, pickled radish is seasoned with yuzu, so it is very refreshing and sweet. The amount was so much that I could hardly eat rice. It is unfortunate that the standards of ordinary restaurants are set to the amount of meals of healthy adult men.
There is no picture, but tteokbokki is served before the dish is served, and it is made with wheat rice cake in a sweet sauce and has an old-fashioned feel.
Salmon sashimi rice bowl 10,000 won. It's also a lot in quantity, and it's also in modestly salmon.

The batter is crispy and the meat is soft. It's a bit greasy to eat even the shrimp, but the pork cutlet is basically good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 프리미엄가츠와 거리는 멀지만 기본기가 탄탄한 가츠. 바삭한 튀김은 일품이고 안심은 완전 익혀서 제공되지만서도 촉촉하다. 소금과의 궁합은 잘 모르겠고 돈카츠 본연의 소스와 먹는게 제일 좋았다. 요즘 프리미엄카츠들이 많이 생겨나고 있지만 그만큼 기본도 못하는 곳이 많다. 역시 모든 음식은 표방인 아닌 실력이다. 그런 의미에서 가츠신의 튀김은 프리미엄 가츠를 포함해 요근래 먹은 가츠 중에서 제일 좋았을 정도였다.
It is far from premium guts, but the basics are solid. The crispy tempura is excellent, and the tenderloin is served fully cooked, yet still moist. I don't know the compatibility with salt, but it was best to eat it with the original sauce of the tonkatsu. There are a lot of premium katsu these days, but there are a lot of places that don't even have the basics. Again, all food is a skill, not an advocacy. In that sense, katsushin's tempura was the best out of all the cutlets I've eaten lately, including premium cutlets.
