★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The duty free shops is very crowded with chinese tourist buying in bulk. Makeup cannot be bought individually, you have to buy in bundle. I ended up didnt buy anything cause the bundle is too much for me and price is not so different with one in myeongdong. Different case for branded bags tho.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a BIG duty free shopping place but people who work there are very knowledgeable and good in what they do. Pricing is excellent and pleasant shopping experience was much enjoyed. Highly recommend duty free shopping venue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ wasted more than an hour of airport leisure time just for them. their pick up counter always has long queue and difficult procedure, and also difficult to find. i mean, this is customer service not immigration! their prices are also not that cheap. seriously don't buy from them, it's not worth the efforts.
