Parking => As shown in the picture below, parking is possible only in the free parking lot along the roadside provided at the back of the building, and in the vacant lot that is currently empty but you do not know when the building will be placed. If it is full here, even if you walk a little, you can go to the roadside in this area, but this is a kind of entertainment district with many restaurants, but there are few seats because there is not enough parking. (I see a lot because I come here often) You have to take that into account. It starts at 8 o'clock on the weekends. It starts at 7 o'clock on weekdays but one hour late on weekends. Sometimes I come on weekends, but I've been waiting at 7:40. Although the bathroom is outside, it's close, so I don't have to worry about theft even if I leave my laptop there a few times. The second floor is really comfortable and spacious. There are also many seats where you can use electricity. The most competitive seat is the sofa seat by the window on the main road on the 2nd floor, as shown in the picture below. It's shaded all day and it's on the side of the road, so the view is open, there's electricity, and it's good to work. The side of the window on the other side is so hot that sunlight comes in as it is, and there is no outlet, and the table is knee-high, so you cannot use a laptop. Even if I come before 8 o'clock on a weekday, it's a really hard seat for people who already occupy a seat here and sit there until the afternoon. Beverages, foods, of course, are expensive because they are bucks. Still, even if you sit for a long time, no one says anything and the space is worth the cost. Personally, I rarely use it due to the comments related to Japan and the controversy about Sbuck Israel/Palestine, but when I have to work for a long time, honestly, it is burdensome to have to drink once every two hours if I go to a private cafe. If you have to go, you can't force it unconditionally, so use it once.
