★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coming up to their fourth year anniverserary, the NAP Coffee Roasters brand initially started out in the rural setting of Jinwi village near Pyeongtaek. They've since added two more venues, opening their second brand in Seoul's Yeonnam-dong in 2018, with a third concept cafe opening in October 2020.
Their "HQ" and warehouse style cafe in Jinwi remains relatively unchanged since the interior was remodelled in 2017. Features include a four metre long sliding front door, exposed steel beams and framework, a zen like gravel and rush terrace and a floating island pour over bar built carefully over the exposed floor.
NAP roast extensively on their in-house Probat (Germany) and at the time of visiting had five different single origins ready for V60 filter brewing:
1) Honduras El Homiguero
2) Guatemala El Morito
3) Colomboa El Paraiso Lychee
4) Ecuador La Papaya Typica Mejorado
5) Peru Apas Vahu De-Caffeinated
Their house blends include:
1) 317 (India 30%, Guatemala 35% and El Salvador 35%)
2) 218 (Ethiopia x 2)
3) 420 (Kenya 25%, Costa Rica 25%, Colombia 25%, Ethiopia 25%)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unique cafe and coffee roaster. The blended coffee is very good and when you order a bag you get a free coffee.
The entire place has a very rustic industrial feel to it. The place has a unique charm and delicious coffee.
