주문하신 음료도 잘못 나왔는데도 불구하고 간단한 사과 일절없는것과 일단 맛도 없었고 어머니가 커피잔 반납하는 것을 잘 몰라 1층으로 내려오신 상황에 말이라도 친절하게 알려주셨으면 더 미안해하셨을텐데 손님도 두테이블 밖에 없는 상황에 뒤에다 대고 올라가서 가져오라고하는 말투가 기분좋게 가서 오히려 기분만 더 상하고 왔습니다 별하나도 아깝습니다
