학생 때 예식장가서 먹던 그 추억이 생각납니다.
고기드시고 그 국물에 국수와 밥을 마무리로 드시면 맛이 끝내줍니다.

당면사리는 주문 시 요청하면 별도 1,000원이다.
요리만 먹으면 심심하지만 간장소스에 청양고추를 듬뿍넣어 함께 찍어먹으면 어른입맛에 딱인 것 같다.
다 먹고난 뒤 소면은 성인3명기준 2개정도면 적당한 것 같다. 국물이 생각보다 많이 달아서 청양고추를 곁들여 먹으면 맛이 좋다.
음식은 전체적으로 깔끔하고 맛이 좋지만 가격이 가격인지라 별4개로 평가한다.

It's boring to eat it, but when you eat it with soy sauce, it is perfect for adult taste.

The food is clean and tasteful overall, but it is rated 4 stars because it is priced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 서산 해미읍성 입구 해미종합상가 뒤쪽에 있는 국물 불고기 백반집입니다. 백종원의 골목식당에서 백선생님이 지도해주신 음식점으로 입소문이 난 집이어서 손님들이 많이 찾습니다.
인터넷에 올라온 평가는 호불호가 갈려서 그런지 50:50입니다. 맛이 변했다고 하기도 하지만, 제가 찾아 갔을때에는 양념된 한우 불고기와 육수의 단맛과 짠맛의 간도 적절했고, 대파채를 추가 넣어 끓인 후 간장소스에 찍어 먹으니 맛도 괜찮았어요.
한우 불고기라서 가격은 1인 14,000원이며 공기밥과 소면 사리는 별도입니다. 부추무침, 숙주나물 등 밑반찬들은 대체로 깔끔하고 맛도 있었습니다.
사장님이 추천한대로 마지막에 소면사리를 시켰더니 잘게 썰은 김치를 육수에 넣어 주셨는데, 불고기 단맛을 제거해주는 깔끔함 보다는 맛있게 먹은 불고기의 여운을 확 지원버리는 맛이어서 아쉬웠습니다. 그냥 남은 불고기 육수에 소면을 넣고 별도로 김치를 먹는 것을 추천합니다.
시골 읍내에 있는 작은 백반집이어서 휴일에는 손님이 많아 점심시간에는 기본 30~40분(8~10팀) 기다려야 합니다. 대기자 관리는 어플로 해서 주변 상가들을 구경하시다가 시간이 다가오면 입장하시면 됩니다.
최근 내부도 리모델링을 했는지 쾌적한 분위기였지만, 손님들이 많아서 그런지 서빙해주는 아주머니가 세세하게 신경을 써주지 못하고, 거칠게 음식과 육수를 가져다 주시는 점은 개선되어야 할 것 같아요.

As the boss recommended, I ordered somen sari at the end and put the chopped kimchi in the broth, but it was regrettable that it supported the aftertaste of delicious bulgogi rather than the neatness that removes the sweetness of bulgogi. It is recommended to add somen to the remaining bulgogi stock and eat kimchi separately.
As it is a small white house in a rural town, there are many customers on holidays, so you have to wait 30-40 minutes (8-10 teams) for lunch. You can use the app to manage waiting people and go to the nearby shopping malls and enter when the time comes.
The interior was also remodeled recently, or it was a pleasant atmosphere, but it is because there are so many customers that the aunt serving you couldn't pay attention to the details, and the point that the serving aunt gave me rough food and stock should be improved.

고기도 신선하고 깔끔하나 소면과 김치 추가는 비추였네요... 한우라 그런지 몰라도 맛에 비하면 가성비가 썩 좋지 못한 느낌이에요
