Món gà hầm nhân sâm ăn rất lạ, thịt gà hầm mềm tới xương, khá giống với gà ác tiềm thuốc bắc ở VN ở một số loại nguyên liệu sử dụng, nhưng khác cái là nước này vị nhân sâm, nếu lúc đầu ăn có vị hơi lạ. Ngoài ra, bên trong gà giống như được nhồi nếp, hơi ngán chút, nên ăn kém với kim chi thì sẽ ổn hơn!
