★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1200 세대수로 많다보니 선거철외에도 아파트관리비부터 주변 부대시설혜택과 지원행사등 혜택이 종종 있습니다. 지상주차장도 여유있는편이며 인근 CGV극장, 롯데마트, LC타워있고, 정문쪽 큰 식자재마트도 세곳이 있는등 편리시설이 굉장히 많습니다

There are plenty of convenient facilities, such as a parking lot on the ground and a nearby CGV theater, Lotte Mart, and LC Tower, and there are three large food marts at the front door.
