★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 아파트 밀집단지 내의 상가에 작은 떡 방앗간 . 문간엔 대한민국국회 선정 ......대한민국 떡 명인? 장인? .......평소엔 몰랐으나 생생정보를 보고 가까운 곳에 이런 유명한 떡집 그것도 건강식품 쑥떡 집이라니?.....해서 찾아 가 보았다 . 방송의 힘은 위대한 것이라는 것을 실감 한다 .....줄을 서 있고 ....개인당 팔 수 있는 숫자를 제한 하고 .....맞춤 덕을 예약 없이 현장에서 주문하면 단칼에 안 된다고 거절하는 .....장인 다운 권위가 있는 떡집 이다. 그래도 친절은 갗추고 장사를 길게 해야 하는 것은 아닌가?.. 일반 덕집 보다 훨씬 비싸게 팔면서 레시피는 티비 방영을 보면 말 할 수 없이 지극정성으로 땀과 피와 노력으로 완성한 것이라 해도 아쉬운 1 % ....내가 보기엔 부족한 장사 방법이 아닌가 싶다. 맛은 쑥의 섬유질이 질긴 것이 씹히는 일반 쑥떡과 달리 매끄럽게 씹히면서 쑥 향기조자 나지않은 것 처럼 향을 잡았나?.쑥은 쑥향기로 먹는 것 아닌가? 아무튼 내가 보기엔 씹히는 식감이 다른 독특한 쑥떡이며 쑥향이 나지않는 달달한 쑥떡 맛을 보게 되었다.

Did you eat mugwort with mugwort scent? Anyway, I saw a unique mugwort rice cake with a different chewy texture, and the sweet mugwort rice cake taste that did not have a mugwort scent.
