Capsule Hotel 'Darakhyu' T1 - 1층

Can’t recommend it enough. A little difficult to find - you have to go through immigration, exit through baggage claim/customs, go to the second floor, cross the sky bridge and then go down one level once you’re in the railway area. We had a 10 hour layover in Seoul & needed rest after several flights before. We got the double room with shower. My boyfriend is over 6ft tall & we were very comfortable in the double bed. Pitch black with a fan for white noise. Very clean. Definitely do it - make sure you reserve in advance.

Very positive experience here. The staff are helpful and the rooms are well cared for. Bed was soft and easy to relax and sleep on. Light controls right next to the bed and a built in Harmon/Kardon bluetooth speaker you can pair devices to. The room felt way more premium than I was expecting, or have had in the past ? My room was more spacious than I thought someplace called a capsule hotel would be. Rental times vary, longest defined time is 12 hours based on check-in time. My room had a room with a shower, if you choose to just have a bed then you'll need to use the community showers. Bathrooms are shared with everyone.

This is a great place to stay if you have an early flight out of Incheon Airport, Korea. This was my second stay with Hue. Rooms are clean and well maintained. I recommend double size bed room vs single. The only reason for 4 stars is the restroom is a shared and not located in the room. But it is the best option if you are looking to stay close to the airport before your flight.

Kind, clean, comfortable. In-room showers are not usable due to health regulations but the shared shower room is. A bit on the expensive side but not too bad

What an absolute God-send to find your Capsule hotel. Living near Busan and still no international flights from there. Had to come to Incheon via Gimpo airport early and had my PCR test at 2 pm. Was thinking I would have to sit for 12 hours in the airport for my 0150 am flight. Surprised pleasantly to find you just beside the Covid testing sights outside Terminal 1. Desk staff very helpful, got a pristine room to nap in for the 12 hour stay. Now I am refreshed and ready to fly. I will be back to use your service again! Thank you!

EDIT: Reply to the manager.. "...According to the staff’s statement, you in the first time, requested a single type room at 21:54, then the staff checked room availability and answered that we had no single type but double type only, so you checked into the double room with shower...." Your reply said the above Your staff did not tell you the truth. I asked for ANY room of ANY kind. I did not ask for a single. I asked for any 3, 6 or 12 hour room, double or single. They said that NONE of these rooms were available at any time. They said no THREE TIMES. That is the truth. I think its an honest mistake because they DID help me afterwards, but I wonder why they felt sorry and bad for my condition when I felt unwell and exhausted, then they decided to try and find a room. I felt humiliated to see customers having no problem getting their rooms after me, regardless of pre-booking, their rooms could be found in the computer. I appreciate an honest mistake that looks bad, what I don't appreciate is your staff lying to you about what happened. Discrimination? Beware. I was a customer on Sunday the 6th for a flight at 22:30 Monday at Terminal 1 Incheon airport in South Korea. My flight was cancelled and I needed a place to stay. I asked the receptionist if there were ANY rooms on the list available. She insisted twice there wasnt. I have autism and several health difficulties that made it difficult to travel far so late at night. I was near tears. She checked again and magically 2 rooms were available. One 3 hr day.. one 12 hr night with shower. I took the 12 hr. A Korean man with no pre booking walked up behind me to get a night room. He had no trouble getting one. Why? Is it my race? Did I offend? It appeared that there was not a lot of large suitcases in the front leading me to suspect that Sunday and Monday were not at full capacity. Can management investigate this further? Are receptionists (female) incredibly incompetent or did racial prioritization take place? I was embarrassed by the situation and humiliated to see the Korean man get immediate rooms after they promised me many times they didnt.

The hotel itself was a lifesaver when our flight was cancelled. It is extremely spartan. Most are just a bed and shelf, the shower versions have larger vanity areas with a sink and decently sized shower. If you opt for the smaller room there is a community shower for you to use They do 3 hour and 12 hour rentals with 5,000 won each additional hour you stay wifi is strong and the personal Blu tooth speaker over the bed to let you enjoy.music or other entertainment. The pillow they give and the mattress are the only cons. Extremely flat and lifeless. As an American this isn't a selling point but sure this is how Koreans like their area

Fabulous! Super comfortable bed, absolutely pristine shower and basin with all the necessities while waiting for a flight. Friendly, helpful staff at reception and perfectly convenient location, just wheel your bag to flight check-in. PCR test center right next door as well as coffee and food outlets. Spotless facilities and convenience totally worth the money.
