최	최효동 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 갈비찜 포장해서 집에서 먹었음.. 너무맛있어요~ 국물도넉넉해서 밥쓱쓱비벼서 먹어도 맛있어요~ Wrapped in braised ribs and ate at home.. It's so delicious~ The soup is plentiful, so it's delicious even if you mix it with rice~
수	수락폴 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 꽤 허름한 곳에 위치하고 있어 찾기 어렵다. 내부는 굉장히 깔끔하며, 워낙 평양냉면으로 유명한 곳이라 기대가 컸다. 1만 4천이라는 가격에 비해 밑반찬도 김치 한가지라 너무 비싸다라는 생각이 들기도 했지만, 평양냉면 고유의 그 맛을 잘 살린 듯 하다. It is located in a pretty shabby place, so it is difficult to find. The interior is very neat, and the expectation was high because it is famous for Pyongyang cold noodles. 이	이장민 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 내돈으로 안먹어서 2배로 맛있었다. 고기는 사줄때 감사하게 먹어야한다. 돼지갈비 소갈비 평양냉면을 모두 먹어봤지만 돼지갈비가 가장 맛있었다. 탱글거리는 돼지고기에 살짝 달달한 양념이 묻은걸 서버분의 노련한 솜씨로 구워준다. 남이 구워준 고기를 먹으면 원래 더 맛있다. 소갈비의 경우에는 가격도 거의 1.7배에 가까운 가격이지만 그 비싼 고기가 가진 식감이 양념에 재워져서 좀 뭉개지는 느낌이 들어서 비추. 물론 1만원대 소갈비와는 비교가 안되는 맛있음이긴함. 이집 평양냉면은 5가지 육수를 쓴다고 어디서 본거같은데, 평양냉면 육수 하나로는 서관면옥에 크게 밀리지 않는다고 생각한다. 고명고기는 여기가 말할것도 없이 우세 It was twice as delicious because I didn't eat it with my own money. Of course, the taste is incomparable to the 10,000 won beef ribs. I think I've seen this place where Pyongyang Naengmyeon uses 5 kinds of broth. Gomyeong meat is superior here.
햄	햄스터 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 진주냉면(물): 슴슴하고 깔끔한 국물에 면식감도 좋네요. 고명으로 올라간 육전도 고소합니다. 평양냉면처럼 담백한 국물이라 쭉 들이키기 좋습니다. 진주냉면(비빔): 메밀면에 너무 짜거나 맵지않은 적당한 간의 양념장이라 괜찮습니다. 자극적이지 않은 깔끔한 뒷맛. 육전(소): 얇은 소고기를 여러장 겹쳐서 부쳤네요. 고기사이에 대파다진게 들어가서 물리지않고 끝까지 맛있게 먹었습니다. Jinju Naengmyeon (Water): The noodles have a good texture in a smooth and clean broth. He also sued Yukjeon, which went up as a garnish. It is a light soup like Pyongyang cold noodles, so it is good to drink all the time. Jinju Naengmyeon (Bibim): It is a good seasoning sauce for buckwheat noodles that is not too salty or spicy.
