진입로가 약간의 경사도는 있으나 주변일부가 산으로 둘러쌓여있어 쾌적하다.
단지내상가는 크지않으나 아파트진입전 상가들도 많아 생할은 불편하지않음 주변에 롯데마트와 원병원이 근거리에 있음.
