★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 기아 직영 특성상 소비자들이 마음 편히 보도록 오갈때 인사 말고는 응대가 거의 없다. 소비자가 궁금해서 원하면 상담을 해주는 정도. 그렇다고 상담시에 차를 팔겠다는 마인드로 임하지는 않음. 그냥 견적 주는 정도다. 이런게 싫고 입바른 소리 들으면서 차를 구매하거나 구경하고 싶다면 대리점으로 가야한다.
