★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Authentic Japanese ramen from friendly Japanese staff. The eggs are boiled perfectly and if you ask for extra sides in your ramen (meat, green onions, etc), you will get A LOT. Love tthe atmosphere and love the people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ginger highball was good, ask them to make it strong, the ramen was not bad. Noodles are al dante. Broth was rich and had good flavor but lacked a little something... They use pork neck for the chasou which was not bad but just cheaper than belly and you can tadte the difference also only 1 slice which was sad. Overall would come back if I was in the area but wouldn't go out of my way to come.

The broth of ramen is really light and the meat is soft.
I recommend the Miso Ramen manual.
Japanese employees run their own restaurants, and they're very kind.
