★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IMHO you can call it a "Hamburger" when you can literally grab a bite. But you can't here. So basically, it's not a burger. It served on a plate, already halved and fixed with two long toothpicks. The bun was good, but they melt a slice of cheese on the bottom bun. Maybe it's why the fixed with toothpicks - the patty slips out because the cheese is not on the patty. Cheese should melt on the patty. I guess they wanted it to taste like a bowl of salad, based on raw onion. Why not caramelize onion?
