★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is next door to Brownstone apartments and across a sand park. Sam and Eric know almost all the regulars by first name!! They are open early and serve American breakfast for those that enjoy it or miss it. All their drinks are really good and they customized to your liking. They also have special orders of ribs and rotisserie chicken (yummy) and my favorite thing of this place is that i can call them and order ahead of time.
