★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely LOVE this place!! Super friendly staff with very clean establishment. I have brought my kids, my friends, my husband and have been on my own. Each time the staff is consistently welcoming and helpful! The environment is very clean, and quiet upstairs for studying or group settings. The coffee and tea are delicious. When my boys are with me they get a sweet- normally it's morning and their waffles are amazing!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is always friendly and the apple mint tea is fabulous. The baristas behind the counter speak excellent English, as well. Nice, quiet environment upstairs with comfortable seating and views of three streets below.

Of course, I know we should do our best to everyone. And we are really wanna do our best to all customers.. we just, when we speak in English, do not know how to speak politely in English, that's all. But if you felt you had ignored by staff, i deeply apologized all acts and words from them. I am here in night time and I am always trying to study English every day to serve you.. please accept us.and forgive us.Thx a million for your opinion. I hope we see again.
