The 2 stars for the employees they are very friendly and they speak english. But the answer machine when i try to call is all in korean no option for english. (Deducting 1 star ) Apple wallet doesnt work here and using american (credit card ) mastercard isnt accepted when submittinn an order online ( even if my credit card company is aware of the purchase and they are ok with it )( what a joke ) now i have to buy my iphone from California and have it shipped to korea. Smh. (Deducting 2 stars)

I recently purchased Apple Macbook Air and with in 24 hours of purchase my screen had a crack though it was not my fault. Dismayed went back to store for a replacemnt which didnt help me much but instead guided to visit a Apple support center. I visited 2 different support centers but it was not at all helpful and never heard my point. They asked me to pay additional $570 to fix it. Later someone referred me to visit Apple Yeouido service center. My case was referred to a technician who was very generous enought to listen and understand me. I did get a replacement for free and it was done in no time. The support team speaks good english so had no issues to put accross my mind. You mostly need a prior appoinment to visit. I had to come again coz of sudden visit. I would definitely refer this store further to anyone who has a genuine issue.

Worst experience ever. I drove to the store for 1h to buy macbook and keyboard. They gave wrong product and do not try to adjust any kind of their mistake. I even called to customer service to solve it but what they said is just come and return it. Finally i have to be there again with 2h driving and waste my gas on the way. Thanks apple korea. You guys are the world best who consume costumers’ money many different ways. ?? Ps. The staff name is doyle and i forgot the name of customer service person

The stuff are really nice and they can speak English. So as a foreign you should have no problem. I recommend to visit here if you need apple product or support. Some stores I visited before were rude to me, but this one, the service was quite good and fast, I felt respected.

Retail) The products are amazing. I have been a loyal fan of apple products for the last 20 or so years. ( i have had the ipods with disc like features, and ‘hi-fi’ speakers, that had apple remote controls on them) You name it, and I most certainly have it, or have had it (except for the mac pros, I guess) . standing in line) The way they queue people in front of the shop so all the people that are getting around the mall is blocked, and all the people that aren’t even wanting to go to the apple store has to go around the corridor, just to get to one place from another. Apple store is blocking a common space… for no good reason. . reservation services) Due to the overloading of people and ‘COVID-19’ situation, the store is run on ‘strict’ reservation rules, or so they say. I had the 10:30 AM reservation (because no one could get in the store without reservation). At 10:30, on arrival, I was asked what product I was interested in, and what I was going to buy. As I told them the information, they asked me to stand in line, and there, I realized, that I was mixed up with people that just walked in. Also people who ‘had-no-time’ and ‘had something to buy’ - who looked desperate enough, were allowed to get in, without any reservation. . Merchandises) Although there were enough Apple gadgets in the store, it lacked the peripherals, and accessories. The choices were quite limited, (which I experienced when i was buying a case for my 2 iphones) I was satisfied with the varieties of gadgets that were displayed in the store. . Overall services) Compared to other official apple shops all around the world, the ‘genius’ services lack, and the helping staff seem more interested in selling the product, rather than helping out. Also, it is quite impossible to get around the shop without being tailed by the staff - which is quite bothersome, and lacks the liberal atmosphere, found in any other Apple shops. . I have to admit, that I am writing this with some resentment due to the services (or lack of) I experienced today, but to be fair, the Yeoido store’s services need much improvement. The staff there aren’t helpful, quite pretentious but above all that lack the professionalism and information that a common consumer needs.After repeated experiences of ill founded snobbiness and indifference, I would strongly discourage people from going to the Apple store in Yeoido. All in all, if I had other choices I would choose THAT choice, rather than visit the Yeoido shop.
