★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 방음 안되고 시설은 낙후되었으나 관리인의열정으로 현 시설에서 재투자없이
그냥 쓸고 닦고만 하는 깔끔한 환경유지에
힘 쓰지만 그래도 내가 볼땐 돈 좀 발랐으면 더 좋은 환경이 되리라 생각.
 The soundproofed and the facility was underdeveloped, but the manager's enthusiasm did not reinvest in the current facility.
