매운맛,짠맛,신맛이 따로 노는 느낌.
그래서 끝맛은 쓴맛이 느껴졌어요.
다음번에는 일반 회를 먹어봐야 겠네요
The balance of the seasoning is disappointing.
Spicy, salty, and sour tastes separate.
So the end taste was bitter.
I'll have to try regular sashimi next time.

양과 가격은 좀 아쉽

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 방어회 먹었습니다. 개인적으로 방어회같이 쫀득한 식감의 회보다 연어회같이 녹는 식감이면서 기름진 회를 좋아하는데 이 곳 방어회는 부드러운 식감에 기름진 맛은 덜한 회더라구요. 의도한 것인지 아니면 회 퀄리티 차이인지는 모르겠지만 아무튼 이번 겨울 첫 방어 잘 먹고 갑니다.
I ate defense. Personally, I like oily sashimi that melts like salmon sashimi over sashimi with a chewy texture like sashimi, but the sashimi here has a soft texture and less oily taste. I don't know if it was intentional or if there is a difference in the quality of the sashimi, but anyway, I'm eating well for the first time this winter.
