계란도 짜지 않고 노른지도 적당히 익어서 맛있고요~ 다만, 차슈는 살짝 호불호가 갈리는 것 같고요
라무네 사이다는 자꾸 시켜먹게 되네요!
2단계는 살짝 얼큰한 맛,
3~4단계는 매콤한 것 좋아하시는 분에게 어울릴 것 같아요.

면기는 온리 화이트로 단아하고 고급스러운 이미지이며 토핑은 차슈와 대파 두 가지로 매우 단조로운 구성
일단 아주 특이한 점은 면이 온면으로 나왔는데
츠케멘을 온면으로 처음 접하는 거라 어떨까 하고 츠케지루에 담가 먹는데 존나게 뜨거움
때문에 여기 츠케멘을 드실 때는 입데임에 주의를 하셔야 하고 츠케지루는 어분 가루의 사용이 매우 풍부해서
쿄카이 향이 가득하고
후추와 고춧가루의 적절한 사용으로
자칫 단조로울 있는 부분을 보강했으며
농도 또한 매우 높아 면에 묻어나는 풍부한 지루로 인해 만족감이 매우 높은 츠케멘이었다고 말씀드리겠습니다
