★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 부대찌개로 승부하는집. 오래된 집이고 반찬은 김치하나뿐인데 그래도 광화문에서 부대찌개 생각하면 제일먼저 가게되는집.
 A house where you can fight with bag stew. It's an old house and only one side dish is kimchi, but it's the first restaurant in Gwanghwamun when you think about Budaejigae.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 오랜만에 부대찌개를 먹으로 갔네요. 1인분. 공기밥하나와 김치 한 접시가 사이드로 나오고.. 한 냄비의 부대찌개와 라면 사리 한개.
여러 개의 사이드가 나오는 식당을 생각하면 그저 심플하다는, 혹 푸어하다는 생각이 들 정도이지만... 팔팔 끓을 때, 라면 사리를 넣어 삶은 다음 먼저 먹는다면 그 맛이 색다르다. 게다가 라면 사리는 무한?리필이다.
그 다음으로 밥과 찌개를 같이 먹으면 찌개 안의 햄과 소시지 맛을 느끼리라. 푹 끓고 난 국물은 진국이라, 설 끓인 것과 완전다르다.
다만 아쉬운 것은 밥맛이다.
솔직히 밥은 점수가 별점하나... 밥을 좀 좀 맛있게 짓는다면 더할 나위없으리.
그 때의 맛이 좀 그리웠다.

I missed the taste of that time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 광화문 갔다가..음~~결혼전 연애때니깐 30년만에 들러봤네요.
거리가 이미 예전모습이 아니라 없어진줄 알았는데, , 새로지어진 건물 지하에 있어서 반가운맘에.
사리추가 무료는 여전하고 콩나물이 들어가 국물이 짜지않고 깔끔한맛도 여전하더군요.
사진찍어 남편에게 보냈답니다.
I went to Gwanghwamun... well, it was dating before we got married, so I stopped by for the first time in 30 years.
I thought that the street was already gone, not the way it used to be, but I'm glad it's in the basement of a new building.
The sarichu is still free and the soup is not salty with bean sprouts, and the clean taste is still there.
