고기 튀김은 여전히 맛있는데, 짬뽕은 제 입맛이 변한 것인지 예전의 맛은 아니네요. 그래도 여전히 맛있습니다
This restaurant is famous for fried meat and jjamppong. There aren't many tables, so if you don't make it on time, you always have to wait.
The fried meat is still delicious, but Jjamppong is not as good as it used to be. it's still delicious though

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 인당 각각 짬뽕 한개와 함께 먹기위해 탕수육 하나를 주문. 짬뽕은 깔끔하고 개운한 국물인데, 해산물과 고기가 넉넉히 들어가 마냥 가볍지만은 않은 느낌이었다.
탕수육은 부드러운 스타일의 튀김옷과 두터운 고기를 사용해 베어물면 육즙이 배어나올 정도로 촉촉하고 부드러운 식감이 좋았다. 소금을 달라고 해서 간장과 번갈아 찍어먹으니 간도 딱 좋았다.
아쉬운 점은 탕수육이 중사이즈 3만원짜리부터 주문이 가능해 양 조절이 안된다는 점(물론 남기지는 않았지만)이었다.
최근에 주방장이 바뀌었다는 소문이 있는데, 이전 방문이 오래전이라 맛이 기억이 나지 않아서였는지 나쁘지 않은 점심식사였다. 다음 방문엔 밥까지 말아먹을 생각이다.
Each person ordered one sweet and sour pork to eat with one jjambbong. Jjamppong is a clean and refreshing soup, but it doesn't feel light because it contains plenty of seafood and meat.
The sweet and sour pork was moist and soft enough to exude the juices when you bite into it using a soft-style batter and thick meat. I asked for salt and drank it alternately with soy sauce, so the seasoning was just right.
The disappointing thing was that sweet and sour pork can be ordered starting at 30,000 won in medium size, so you can't control the amount (although, of course, I didn't leave it).
There is a rumor that the chef has changed recently, but it was a good lunch because I couldn't remember the taste since my previous visit was a long time ago. On my next visit, I plan to roll up the rice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 몇년만에 만나는 형님 덕분에 알게된 식당인데, 지그까지 맛집인줄 몰랐어요. 고기튀김과 짬뽕 안주로 소주 2병을 깔끔하게 비우고 1차를 마무리 했습니다. 고기튀김은 탕수육에 소스를 바르지 않고 튀김을 간장소스에 찍어 먹는데, 맛이 좋습니다. 짬뽕은 해물도 많고 국물이 깔끔하게 맛있습니다.
It's a restaurant that I met thanks to my brother, whom I haven't seen in years, but I didn't even know Jig was a restaurant. We finished the first round by emptying 2 bottles of soju with fried meat and champon snacks. The fried meat is eaten without any sauce on the sweet and sour pork, and it tastes good. Jjamppong has a lot of seafood and the soup is clean and delicious.
