사천식 조개 볶음 먹은 후 면 추가는 필수!
동파육은 간이 세고, 짜고 양은 적음.
서비스는 대체로 별로 였음...

새해주말에 방문했는데 1,2부로 예약가능했습니다.
베이징덕: 오리 전체 사진을 보여주고선 베이징덕요리는 너무 양이 적어요 특히 껍질 ㅠㅠ 맛은 훌륭해요
오리볶음 레터스 쌈: 별로 추천 안합니다. 간이 쎄고 오리살을 채쳐놔서 형체를 알아보기 어려워요. 추가오리요리는 오리튀김이 날 것 같아요.
춘권: 고급지고 정성이 느껴지는 춘권입니다. 페스츄리로 감싼듯한 비주얼에 속은 꽉차있어요. 추천합니다.
합이포개면: 하얀 조개육수에 면이 통째로 나옵니다. 적극추천! 바지락이 큼직하고 육수가 매우 시원합니다.
다음엔 다른 면 요리도 도전하고싶네요.

Stir-fried Duck Lettuce Wraps: I don't really recommend it. Because the liver is strong and the duck meat is stuffed, it is difficult to recognize the shape. I think the additional duck dish will be fried duck.
Spring rolls: These are spring rolls that feel luxurious and sincere. The inside looks like it is wrapped in pastry, and the inside is full. I recommend it.
Hap-i-po-gae-myeon: The whole noodles are served in white clam broth. Highly recommended! The clams are large and the broth is very refreshing.
Next time, I want to try other noodle dishes.
