김	김지훈 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 트러플시오돈코츠 라멘 주문했습니다. 면은 기본 카타면이 아니었고, 스프는 시오+돈코츠라멘이라 그런지 특유의 묵직하고 꾸덕함 보다는 깔끔하게 떨어지는 맛이었습니다. 차슈와 타마고는 신경을 많이 쓰신듯 했습니다. 면을 미리 추가해야하는점과 특징이 없는 면, 정통돈코츠 라멘을 즐기는 저에게 시오돈코츠 스프는 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 여성분들은 돈코츠특유의 잡내에 대한 부담없이 즐기실 수 있을듯 합니다. I ordered the truffle shio tonkotsu ramen. The noodles were not the basic Kata noodles, and the soup was shio + tonkotsu ramen, so it had a taste that fell neatly rather than the characteristic heavy and chewy. Chashu and Tamago seemed to care a lot. Shio tonkotsu soup was a little disappointing for me, who enjoys authentic tonkotsu ramen with no features and the fact that noodles have to be added in advance. Women seem to be able to enjoy tonkotsu without any burden.
J	JS Park on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 예전 길라멘이 있던 곳에 새로 오픈한 라멘집입니다. 주인분께 물어봤더니 전주인에게 이전받아 오픈한 것이고 서로 관련은 없다더군요. 라멘육수를 마실 때 돈코츠 특유의 꼬릿한 맛이 살짝 느껴지는 좀 라이트한 돈코츠라멘입니다. 또한 약간 매운 맛이 감돌아 자칫 느끼할 수 있는 육수를 잘 잡아줬습니다. 주인 혼자 하시고 라멘은 두그릇씩 만들기 때문에 가실 분은 사람이 많을 경우에는 웨이팅이 있을 수 있는 점을 이해하고 가시면 될 겁니다. R	Ro Ro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 이 근방 유일하게 괜찮은 돈코츠 라멘집. 김치가 있어서 돈코츠인데도 느끼하지 않게 먹을수 있음. 개인적으로는 트러플도 맛있지만 신메뉴 쿠로시오가 더 좋았음. The only good tonkotsu ramen restaurant in this area. Since there is kimchi, you can eat it without feeling greasy even though it is tonkotsu. Personally, I like truffles, but the new menu Kuroshio was better.
