권	권혁훈 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 22년도 첫 스시야 탐방의 주인공이였던 사토시는 상당히 만족스럽다고 할 수 있다. . 런치임에도 불구하고 3-4개 정도 맛볼 수 있는 츠마미 구성이 먼저 주목해볼만 하다. . 재료 또한 타 유명 업장과 비교해도 절대 떨어지지 않으며, 샤리의 풀림과 향이 기분 좋을 정도였다. . 그리고 사토시는 미각적인 요소 외에도 칭찬 받을 만한 요소가 많이 포진되어 있다고 생각한다. . 색다른 입구 인테리어는 입장하자마자 기분을 업되게 만들었고, 화장실은 여지껏 다녀본 업장 중에서도 가장 깔끔한 구색을 갖추었다. . 방문한 분들에게 편하게 말을 걸어주시며 스시를 내주실 때마다 감사하다고 말씀주시는 이광우 셰프님의 접객도 완벽에 가까웠다. . 이러한 요소들로 인해, 다른 업장과 비교해봐도 사토시에서 유독 파인다이닝을 즐기고 있다는 느낌을 강하게 받았다. . 이 날은 스시야를 처음 접해보는 동행자와의 식사였기에 사토시는 더욱 적합했고, 예약자로서 감사했다고 할 수 있다.
