★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 초비추. 손님이 있건 말건 직원들이 X발 X발하면서 대화합니다. 잔금처리도 아니고 가계약 당일에 복비를 송금하라고 합니다. 모든 과정이 너무 급하고 지나치게 서두르게 재촉합니다. 매물에 관한 중요한 정보를 느즈막히 언급함으로써 비용적 손해도 매우 크게 입었고, 매우 불쾌한 트라우마같은 기억으로 남았습니다. 집주인과는 합의를 봤지만 나중엔 중개인이 오히려 소리치며 역정을 내더군요. 복비 뜯겼습니다. 다른 분들은 저처럼 피해입지 않았으면 하기에 이 부동산을 추천하지 않습니다.

집앞으로 부름 갔더니 오늘 아침에 집나갔다함 동급 다른집으로 보여주겠다. 이러는데 이게 뭐하는 짓인지 ㅋㅋ 요즘은 사진으로 거짓말 치면 큰일나는데 미리 말하면 안올것 같았ㄴㅏ요? 아니면 허위인가요? 에효 그냥 딴데서 집 보렵니다
