자취 10년 넘게 하면서 재수없고 세입자 등쳐먹는 부동산은 여기가 처음입니다. 오죽하면 평생 써본적도 없는 리뷰를 쓰게 만들까요.
일단, 이 부동산 집주인은 백발 머리를 한 할머니입니다.
1층 편의점을 운영하는데 편의점 운영은 새벽 6시부터 부지런히 청소하고 합니다. 근데 세입자를 위해서는 뭐 갑질 장난아지요.
계약 기간 중간에 나가야 해서 급히 세입자를 구해야 하는데 집주인이 이 부동산 할머니하고 친해서 왠만하면 이 사람한테 해달라고 부탁합디다. 그래서 매물 올려달라고 114부동산 주인한테 부탁했죠. 한동안 답장 없어 사람 조급하게 만들구요. 여러번 부탁해야 그제서야 올려놓았다며 청소 깨끗이 해놓으라고 합디다. 믿었죠. 일주일 지나서도 연락이 하나도 없길래 네이버 부동산 확인해봤더니 안올려져있대요.

계약기간 전에 빨리 나가야 해서 조급한데 부동산 할머니가 전혀 도와주지 않고 있으니 제가 조급해서 네이버 카페에 글 올리고 지원금까지 드리며 한 분 구했습니다. 그래서 이분 하고 계약 하겠다고 했죠.
이 할매가 해준거 하나도 없는데
중계수수료는 최대로 부가세까지 더해서 달라고 하더라구요.
