★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 맛이 특별하게 맛있지는 않지만 무난합니다 ~ 전기구이는 가격대비 너무 작은 사이즈 입니다 ~ 들깨는 고소하지만 텁텁함이 약간 아쉽고 흑미는 영양 면에서는 모르겠지만 맛은 일반 삼계탕 맛이예요~ 흑미로 죽이 씹는맛이 있어요~ 깍두기, 겉절이는 맛있네요~~
The flavor is not particularly delicious, but it is safe ~ Electric grilled is too small for the price ~ I am sappy but I have a bit of a sour taste and I do not know about black rice because of nutrition, but taste is ordinary samgyetang taste ~ Kakdugi is a delicious dish ~ ~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 전기구이 닭을 먹었는데 맛있었어요. 들깨삼계탕 먹었는데 밥이 너무 많았고 국물이 좀 적어서 아쉬웠어요. 너무 배부르게 잘 먹었습니다.
I had the electric grilled chicken and it was delicious. I ate perilla samgyetang, but it was a pity that there was too much rice and little broth. I ate very well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 여기 시그니쳐인 들깨, 흑미삼계탕이 너무 궁금해서 가봤어요. 처음 방문했을 땐 흑미가 품절되었었고, 두번째 방문에는 흑미를 먹을 수 있었네요. 들깨, 흑미, 일반, 전기구이를 먹어보았습니다. 우선 일반삼계탕 같은 경우는 국물이 맑고, 진하거나 꾸덕한 느낌이 없었어요. 흑미삼계탕은 흑미를 우려낸 것 때문에 그런지 비주얼부터 생소했어요. 정말 찐 흑미의 색깔이 나옵니다.. 국물이 걸쭉한 느낌은 없고, 그냥 일반적으로 찹쌀 넣는 곳에 흑미를 넣어 흑미 특유의 식감이 나고 맛은 크게 특별한게 없었습니다. 저는 두번 방문 둘다 들깨삼계탕이 가장 맛있었던 것 같네요. 진하고 꾸덕한 국물에 손이 자꾸 갑니다. 호수삼계탕보다는 꾸덕한 느낌이 조금 덜하지만 들깨의 고소한 맛은 더 좋은 것 같습니다. 전기구이는 기대 이상으로 맛있어요. 어린닭을 사용해서인지 부드러운 편이고, 닭껍질이 버터에 바른건지 바삭하고 풍미가 젛아요. 같이 나온 애플드레싱샐러드도 너무 잘 어울립니다. 밑반찬으로는 배추김치, 깍뚜기, 생마늘, 초장, 소금, 인삼주가 나오며 김치는 양념이 새콤달콤한게 꽤나 맛있었어요. 인삼주는 다른 일반 삼계탕집보다는 조금 도수가 더 있는 것 같아요. 네잔 마시니 꽤나 알딸딸합니다.
I went there because I was so curious about the signature Perilla and Heukmi Samgyetang. When I first visited, black rice was sold out, and on the second visit, I was able to eat black rice. I tried perilla, black rice, plain, and electric grilled. First of all, in the case of general samgyetang, the broth was clear, and there was no thick or sticky feeling. The black rice samgyetang was made from black rice, so the visuals were unfamiliar. The color of the steamed black rice comes out.. The soup doesn't feel thick. Just put the black rice in the place where the glutinous rice is put to give it a characteristic texture of black rice, and the taste wasn't very special. I think perilla ginsenggyetang was the most delicious for both of my two visits. The thick and thick soup keeps my hands going. It feels a little less sturdy than Lake Samgyetang, but the savory taste of perilla seeds seems to be better. Electric roasting is more delicious than expected. It's soft because it's made from young chicken, and whether the skin is applied to butter or not, it's crispy and flavorful. The apple dressing salad that came with it also goes well with it. As a side dish, cabbage kimchi, kkakdugi, raw garlic, chojang, salt, and ginseng liquor were served, and the seasoning of kimchi was very sweet and sour. Ginsengju seems to have a little more power than other general samgyetang restaurants. Drinking four drinks is pretty slick.
