S	Shinho Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 명동에 본점을 두고 서울과 경기 지역에 분점이 운영되고 있는 닭 요리 전문점 영양센타의 분점입니다. 1960년 개업 이래 50년 이상 영업해온 곳인데요, 국내산 생닭의 뱃속을 찹쌀과 대추, 인삼으로 채운 뒤 뚝배기에 팔팔 끓는 채로 내어주는 영양삼계탕과 기름기가 쏙 빠지도록 구워내는 전기구이통닭이 준비되어 있지요. 맛있어요. 조금 비싸지만 가치는 있네요. 명동 본점에 뒤지지 않는 맛과 서비스. 가격이 계속 오르는 게 좀 아쉽다. 흑마늘 삼계탕과 통닭 정식 먹었는데, 생각보다 맛있네요. 자리도 넓직하면서 시원하고~ 들깨삼계탕 이즈 굿 오래된 집인만큼 오래 인정받는다는 뜻이니 맛은 논할 필요가 없음. 전기구이통닭은 아주 담백하고 고소하며, 삼계탕은 보약임. 치맥을 일반 통닭집보다 맛나게 즐길수 있는 장소입니다. G	Ga young Bae on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 평일 12시 30분 쯤 가니 한산했어요. 세명이서 통닭(전기구이), 삼계탕, 들깨삼계탕을 주문했어요. 주문하고나니 깍뚜기와 치킨무, 마늘/고추장을 준비해주셨어요. 5분정도 지나니 메뉴가 다 나왔어요. 뚝배기 째 끓여지며 나와요. 들깨 삼계탕은 꾸덕한 맛은 있지만 들깨향은 생각보다 많이 나지않고, 깔끔한 느낌이에요. 닭 자체가 건들면 살코기가 떨어져나갈만큼 엄청 부드러워서 식감도 너무 좋았어요. 파도 많이 들어가는데 은은한 파향과 굉장히 잘 어울렸어요. 일반 삼계탕은 맑지만 국물은 깊은 맛이 나요. 여기 삼계탕은 다 닭고기 자체가 부드러워서 식감이 굉장히 좋네요. 그렇다고 크기가 완전 작은 어린 닭은 아니에요. 통닭은 많이 퍼석한 느낌이에요. 닭가슴살은 정말 질겅질겅 씹을 정도고, 다리나 윙부분은 조금 낫긴했어요. 껍질은 약간 바삭하지만 크게 맛있단 생각은 안 들고 가격대가 비싸단 생각이 드네요. 바로 근처에 있는 파낙X에 비해 삼계탕들의 맛과 식감은 훨씬 훌륭하나, 통닭은 별로였어요. 그리고 여기 특이한게 식판에 전기구이 통닭, 영양빵, 스프가 나오는 메뉴가 있더라구요. 혼자서 통닭 정식과 소주를 드시는 분도 계셨어요. 삼계탕 종류를 추천드립니다 !! It was quiet when I went around 12:30 on a weekday. Three of us ordered whole chicken (grilled chicken), samgyetang, and perilla samgyetang. After ordering, kkakttogi, chicken radish, and garlic/red pepper paste were prepared. After about 5 minutes, the menu came out. It comes out boiling in a pot. The perilla samgyetang has a bitter taste, but the perilla flavor is not as strong as expected, and it has a clean feeling. The chicken itself was so soft that the meat would fall off if touched, so the texture was very good. There are a lot of waves, and it went very well with the subtle scent of waves. Normal samgyetang is clear, but the soup has a deep flavor. The samgyetang here has a very good texture as the chicken itself is soft. That's not to say they're not the perfect little chickens. The whole chicken feels like it's overcooked. The chicken breast was really chewy, and the legs and wings were a little better. The skin is a little crispy, but I don't think it's very tasty and I think the price is high. The taste and texture of the samgyetang was much better than the Panak X nearby, but the whole chicken was not. And what's unusual here is that there is a menu with electric grilled chicken, nutritious bread, and soup on the plate. Some people ate whole chicken set meal and soju by themselves. We recommend the Samgyetang type!!
