★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 쫄우동...
중고딩때 350원으로 즐겨먹던 간식거리.
특히 고딩1~2학년때 단과강의를 들으러다녔던 경남학원 부근(서대시장?)의 함경도말씨를 쓰는 아저씨아줌마와 나이많은 떠님이 했었던 식당이 제일 맛있었는데 부산을 떠난 뒤로도 그맛을 못잊어 집에서 몇번 만들어 먹어봤지만 그 맛을 구현하기가 너무 힘들더라...
부산에와서 꼭 다시 먹어보고싶어했던 쫄우동이지만 예전의 식당들이 다 없어져버려 애석하던중 아직 쫄우동한다는 가게소식을 듣고 바로 직행~~
하지만...
아~~이건 내 혀와 뇌속에 기억되있는 추억의 그맛은 아니였다.
쫄우동의 쫄깃함도 덜하고 국물맛의 향신료는 후추만을써야하는데 맵싸리한게 튀김가루도 들어있지않은~~~
P.S)멀리서까지 와서 먹을 맛은 아니지만 옛추억 끄집어내려면 한번 들릴만한곳.
차라리 내가 만든게 더 맛있는걸루!!!
앞으로 쫄우동은 내가 만들어 먹어야겠다는 ㅎㅎ

A snack street that I enjoyed at 350 won when I was in middle school.
Especially, in the first and second grade of Going, I went to hear the lecture and the lecture of the Gyeongnam Academy (Seodae Market?), I tried to make it but it was too hard to implement the flavor ...
I came to Busan and I wanted to try it again. It's a udon noodle, but the old restaurants have disappeared.
But...
Oh ~ This was not the taste of memories memorized in my tongue and brain.
Chop udon is less coriotic and spicy soup flavor should use only pepper.
P.S) It is not a tasty food to come to from a distance, but it is a place to stop by to get old memories.
I would rather make it better!
I'm going to eat and make a noodle in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 부산 놀러가서 코모도 호텔에 숙박하게 되면 꼭 가보세유. (호텔에서 걸어서 5분정도) 소문대로 쫄기면 맛이 기가 막히네유. (특별하지는 않은데 자꾸 생각날거 같아유) 쫄기면 2그릇 × 김밥 1줄 = 10,000원데 가격두 딱 좋네유.
If you go to Busan and stay at the Komodo Hotel, be sure to go. (About 5 minutes on foot from the hotel) If you steam it according to the rumor, it tastes amazing. (It's not special, but I think I'll keep thinking of it) 2 bowls × 1 row of gimbap = 10,000 won, but the price is just right.

같이 간 지인과 나 둘다 대만족한 식당.
맛있게 잘먹었다.
Small but affordable restaurant.
The acquaintance I went with and the restaurant are both very satisfying.

김밥은 금방 팔려서 유부초밥이랑
들어오는 입구 사설주차장 이용.
근처 주차할 곳이 없어요

Kimbap was sold right away, so it’s like tofu sushi
Use of private parking lot at the entrance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 오래전부터 가던 맛집~~이사가고 금액은조금 올랏으나 여전히 맛있긴하네~~더깔끔해지고지금은 쿠폰도준다능^^

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 요즘은 보기힘든 쫄기우동집입니다.
4년전 방문에는 나이드신 아주머니가 사장님이셨는데 고새 젊은 남자분으로 바꼈네요.
맛은 큰차이가 없으나 양이 조금 줄고 가격이 살짝 올랐습니다. ^^
쫄면 사리의 우동에 소박한 김밥입니다
주차 공간이 없어서 좀 불편하구요.
현금 장사만 하던데....좀 아쉽네요
It's hard to see these days.
On my visit four years ago, an older lady was the boss and he turned into a young man.
There is no big difference in taste, but the amount is slightly reduced and the price is slightly increased. ^^
It is simple gimbap in Udon noodles
It's a bit uncomfortable because there is no parking space.

국물맛은 차애전 칼국수 국물 성향이구요 조금 더 순둥 순둥 합니다
모밀도 소스맛이 순한경향이 있어요

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 선배언니 소개로 알게된 쫄기우동 전문점~쫄우동을 파는곳은 많지않은데 보수동에 이런곳이 있었다니.. 1시반쯤 방문했는데 김밥은 솔드아웃~! 유부초밥은 짜지않고 유부에 기름기가 많지않아 좋았고 와사비소스 찍어 먹으니 굿~~
오랫만에 먹어보는 쫄기우동은 깔끔하고 그 자체로 맛나요~ㅎㅎ 가격도 만족~^^
A restaurant specializing in jjolgi udon that I found out through my senior sister~ There aren’t many places that sell jjollgi udon, but I heard there was a place like this in Bosu-dong.. I visited around 1:30 and the kimbap was sold out~! The tofu sushi was not salty and the tofu was not too oily, and it was good to eat it with wasabi sauce.
The first jolgi udon I've eaten in a long time is clean and delicious on its own~ Haha The price is also satisfactory~^^
