★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 칼국수만 먹어봤는데 그냥저냥 시중에 파는 흔한 육수의 특별함이 없는 칼국수 맛이지만 바지락은 많이줘서 좋았음~
I only tried Kalguksu, but it tastes like Kalguksu without the specialty of the common broth on the market, but it was nice to have a lot of clams~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 백반은 해물된장찌게, 알탕, 제육볶음, 닭도리탕, 고추장찌게 등으로 골고루 제공한다. 반찬도 많고 깔끔하다. 양을 조금씩 주긴 하나 요청시 금방 다시 준다. 써빙 빠름.
Baekban is served evenly with seafood miso soup, altang, stir-fried pork, chicken soup, and red pepper paste stew. The food is plentiful and it is clean. They give little by little, but they give it back as soon as you ask for it. Serving fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 점심 을 분명 배부르게 먹었지만 오늘도 어김없이 15시반에 배꼽시계가 울렸다. 하늘 높은 마이동풍의 계절. 발걸음은 이미 금산제면소 가는길에 눈여겨 보아두었던 엄마손칼국수 로 향하고 있다. 건물뒤로 N타워가 살짝 보이고 외관에서 맛집 아우라가 느껴진다.
신발을 벗고 들어가야되고, 내부는 일반 가정집 처럼 느껴진다.
육수는 멸치+바지락을 사용하신거 같고, 손칼국수는 알덴테로 잘 삶아졌다. 바지락은 15~20개정도 들어있고 해감이 잘되어 있다.
백반을 먹어보러 다시 방문 예정 이다.
I ate lunch surely, but today the belly clock rang at 15:30. The season of Mai Dong wind high in the sky. The footsteps are headed toward Mom Son Kalguksu, which was already noticed on the way to Geumsan Noodle House. You can see the N Tower behind the building and the aura of the restaurant from the outside.
You have to take off your shoes, and the interior feels like a normal home.
The broth seems to use anchovies + pants, and the hand-cooked noodle was cooked well with aldente. There are about 15 to 20 clams, and they are well-sealed.
I am going to visit again to try alum.

The place I went to after seeing the reviews, there is fried chicken soup in Baekban. The side dishes were also fresh and delicious.
