한	한서은 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 하레가스 먹었는데요 우와- 끝까지 감탄하며 먹었어요! 히레가 너무 맛있어 치즈는 오히려 평범하게 느껴졌네요!! 진짜 부드럽고 입안 가득 고기가 와아 가서 드셔보세요 I ate Haregas. Wow- I ate it with admiration until the end! The fillet is so delicious, the cheese feels rather ordinary!! The meat is really soft and fills your mouth.

이	이진경 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 등심돈까스는 비계가 1/3 이라 살코기를 좋아하는 사람은 싫을 수 있습니다. 안심돈까스는 수비드인지 부드럽고 촉촉해서 좋았어요. 기본적으로 고기 잡내는 없었구요. 치즈돈까스는 안먹고 버티다 나중에 먹어서 식어서 그런지 치즈가 늘어지는 것은 없었지만 치즈 자체가 고소하고 맛있었어요. 의도치 않개 3개를 둘이 다 먹었네요. 히레(안심)까스 시켰는데 주문착오로 치즈돈까스가 나와서 정말 난감했어요. 직원분이 15분 정도 기다려야 한다 해서 그래도 괜찮다고 했더니 기다리는동안 출출할거라고 치즈 돈까스를 그냥 먹으라고 하네요. 사실 너무 부담스러웠... 주문을 분명 똑바로 했지만 주문실수도 뭔가 책임이 느껴지고...ㅠ 히레까스와 치즈까스가 발음이 분명 차이가 있는데.. 너무 배가 고파서 또 그걸 먹고 있는게 또 뭔가 불편했어요ㅠ 성의있고 책임감있게 응대해 주신 부분은 감사하게 생각해요. 둘이 3개를 다 먹었을 만큼 양이 충분하지 않아요. 추가시킬 사이드메뉴도 적당한게 없어서 주문시 아쉬웠구요. 그래서 가성비 있다고 생각하진 않지만 직원분들 너무 친절하고 맛은 좋았다고 기억되네요. 사이드 메뉴 추가 되는거 아닌 이상 배채우러 가긴 애매해서 재방문 의사는 없습니다. G	Gastronomy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 경기도 이천에 위치한 돈가스 전문점. 여주랑 양평에 지점이 있는것 같소 여기가 삼호점인듯함. 얼마전 부터 유행하는 고기 자체의 식감을 올린 안심 돈가스 스타일의 음식을 대표로 하는 듯 함. 히레가스를 주문하여 맛 봄. 보통의 돈가스 집에서 주문후 약 십분에서 늦으면 십오분 안에 음식이 나오는것에 비해 여긴 상당히 오래 걸리는 것으로 보아 (20분 이상) 무언가 조리방법 최적화에 문제가 있는 듯함. 이정도 두께면 래스팅을 해야 할것 같은데 잘라서 바로 나오는것 같아 내가 스스로 래스팅을 진행함. 소금과 와사비 그리고 돈가스 소스를 줌. 첫점은 고기의 맛을 느끼기 위해 소금 살짝. 고기의 익힘 정도가 상당히 괜찮음. 보통 이런 스타일의 돈가스가 거부감이 있는것은 튀김옷이 차지하는 비율이 줄어들고 고기고기한 느낌이 압도적이어서 그러함. 그렇게 때문에 고기의 익힘정도와 육향, 식감이 매우 중요한데 여긴 괜찮게 하는듯 함. 잘 구워진 돼지고기 스테이크를 먹는 느낌. 와사비를 추가 하니 더 맛있음. 그러나 튀김옷은 약간 기름이 많음. 돈가스 소스도 괜찮긴 하지만 짠맛이 줄어들고 단맛이 올라왔음.샐러드나 장국은 그냥 그런 느낌. 잘 다듬으면 맛있어 질것 같은 식당. 쌀의 고장 이천 답게 식당의 뒷마당 뷰가 논뷰임. 나름 운치를 주는 분위기. 돈가스 먹고 저녁시간의 약간 여유를 찾음.
