★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 여기는 상가가 대부분 먹거리예요. 그래서 돈을 많이 가져가셔야 다양한 먹거리를 즐길수 있습니다. 물론 어린이들 입장이고요. 어른들도 즐길수 있는 곳을 하자면 역시 커피숍이겠죠. 그리고 순수커피에는 아이들이 먹을수 있는 팥빙수 등이 준비되어 있습니다. 또한 어른들의 커피들도 여러 종류가 있죠. 그리고 그 앞에 있는 상가는 이제 병원들이 줄줄이 들어올 예정입니다. 또 약점을 애기하자면 놀이터겠죠 왜냐하면 12단지에는 놀이터가 1개입니다. 그래서 아이들이 많으면 복잡하고 그네 같은 경우는 2배로 기다려야합니다. 그래서 아이들이 너무 많지 않은 시간대로 가셔야합니다.
