★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased wireless headphones via internet. My flight schedule has been postponed on 1 day and I couldn’t advise it to Lottie Dity Free Shop. I called about 50 times to operator and nobody answered.
Till the end didn’t know if my item is still there.
I get my item but it was on another floor. Big problems with support.

Boxes and carton all over the place: very messy place on a Sunday at noon.
Very poor English spoken, cashier was a disaster. And they will charge you around 5 % on the final price on currency fees, such a rip off.
Never again !
