H	HK Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1점도 주기 싫음. 남의 소중한 시간 아무렇지않게 생각하는 곳. 카톡상담했더니 전화와서 예약잡아준다길래 일정조정해서 예약한 시간에 맞춰 갔더니 간단히 복용약 기재하라하고 기다리라는데 손님하나 없는 병원에서 이십여분 지나도록 말이 없어서 카운터에 물어보니 어떻게 왔냐구? 하길래 00때문에 예약하고 왔다니까 의사상담 필요하고 다시 예약하고 1만원이라면서 예약하실래요? 헐~ 그럼 어제 전화로 예약해 준 사람은 뭐냐고 일부러 시간내서 나왔는데 다시 예약하라고 해서 기가막혀 나왔는데 하루종일 기분 나빴음. 카운터에서 실장이 먼저 온 사람 상담중이고 조금 더 기다리시라고만 했어도 기다렸을텐데. 나를 시간없어 그냥 간 사람 정도로 보다니 매우 불쾌했음. 전화상담자가 실장인가 모르겠지만 그 사람이나 카운터 직원이랑 모두 고객에 대한 서비스 빵점. 전화상담자 하는 첫마디가 내가 온줄 알았고 기다리라고 했다고 왜그러시냐고 함. 내가 기대한 첫마디는 안내가 잘안돼서 미안하다였는데..
