배	배진환 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 대전 오류동 유메 돈까스의 유메 돈까스와 등심돈까스 일본식 돈까스는 개인적으로 덜 좋아하는 돈까스입니다. 이유는 경양식 돈까스를 더 선호한다는 이유 하나만으로, 그런 저에게 일본식 돈까스도 어마어마할 수 있다라고 증명해진 첫 집이 바로 유메 돈까스가 아니었나 싶습니다. 5년 전? 첫 방문 했을 때 한 30분 정도 넉넉잡아 웨이팅해서 먹었을 때는 별다른 감흥이 없었는데 나이 먹고 또 방문 했더니 그때와는 다른 느낌들이 신기했습니다. 등심의 식감이 더 쫄깃하다는 이유로 안심을 등한시 해왔습니다. 그러나 유메의 안심은 달랐습니다. 퍽퍽해왔던 다른 돈까스의 안심과는 달리 유난히 부드러움을 뽐냈으며 소중했던 등심 돈까스가 안심에게 밀리는 것을 보며 아. 음식에게 있어 경험이란 부질없을 때도 있구나, 라며 기억에 의존하며 메뉴를 택했던 저에게 교훈을 남기지 않았나 싶습니다. 나름 추억이 담겨 소중한 음식점이었습니다. 그 이후로 방문한 적이 한 번도 없어 '맛있던 돈까스집?'라고 넘어가다가 친구 하나를 만나 대략 7~8번의 도전 끝에 어제야 겨우 접하게 되어 감회가 새롭습니다.
