개인적인 선호도니 직접 먹어보고 판단하기. 진한국물맛의 육라면의 아쉬운점은 육개장맛이 약했음. 국물의 두께감은 묵직했으나 기대를 많이한 만큼 아쉬움이 컸음. 풍부한 숙주는 아삭한식감이 라면과 잘 어울렸고 고기도 많이 들어있음. 작은 파가 아니라 큼지막한 대파까지 있었다면 더 좋을것 같다는 생각.. 레몬육라면의 강한산미로 모든맛이 가려져 육개장의 자연스러운 산미를 모두 가려버려 아쉬움..
It's a personal preference, try it yourself and judge for yourself. The disappointing thing about the thick soup flavored meat ramen was that the flavor of the beef broth was weak. The thickness of the soup was heavy, but it was a disappointment as much as I had expected. The rich bean paste has a crunchy texture that goes well with the ramen and contains a lot of meat. I thought it would be better if there were large leeks instead of small leeks.. It's a pity that all the flavors are covered by the strong acidity of Lemon Meat Ramen, so it covers all the natural acidity of Yukgaejang.

이전 가게 위치의 분위기와는 180도 변화되어 옛날 감성의 육장의 감성은 없어졌지만, 맛은 그대로다. 밀키트도 현장에서 먹는 맛을 그대로 유지해 집에서도 먹을 수 있고 육개장 본연의 맛을 느낄 수 있는 곳.(집에서는 먹는 육개장 맛보다는 요즘 세대의 맞게 약간의 단맛을 느낄 수 있다)

진한 육개장으로 너무 유명한 곳이라 가보고 싶었는데 해장할 겸 가보게 되었었어요. 저는 처음이라 육개장으로 시키고, 지인은 몇번 와 본 터라 새로 메뉴가 나온 대창육개장으로 주문했습니다. 전체적으로 다 바로 두세명씩 앉을 수 있는 자리로 10자리 조금 넘게 있었어요. 내부는 깔끔하고, 오픈된 주방입니다. 자리에 앉아있으니 10여분 뒤쯤 육개장이 나왔어요. 대창육개장과 국물 맛을 비교해보니 일반육개장도 고기육수의 맛이 있어서 진했는데, 대창육개장은 거기에 대창의 기름기까지 같이 떠있어서 느끼한 맛도 꽤나 들었어요. 해장용으로는 맞지않은 것 같았어요. 앞에 배치된 수저와 석박지를 덜어서 식사하시면 됩니다. 육개장 고기는 생각보다 많이 부드럽진 않았고, 숙주가 많이 들어가있어서 식감에도 해장용으로도 좋았습니다. 사실 여기는 국물맛이 진하고 좋아서 유명한 것 같아요. 저는 석박지를 안 먹어서 같이 곁들일 반찬의 구성이 없어서 아쉬웠어요. 그리고 밥도 조금 고슬했으면 잘 어울렸을 것 같아요. 다 먹고 계절 과일 한 조각으로 마무리하고 나왔습니다.
This place is so famous for its thick yukgaejang, so I wanted to visit it, but I had to go there to get some seafood. Since it was my first time, I ordered yukgaejang, and my acquaintances had visited several times, so I ordered Daechang yukgaejang, a new menu item. All in all, there were a little over 10 seats that could seat two or three people right away. Inside is a clean, open kitchen. After sitting down, about 10 minutes later, Yukgaejang came out. Comparing the taste of the soup with Daechang Yukgaejang, the regular Yukgaejang also had a strong taste of meat broth, but Daechang Yukgaejang also had the fat of the Daechang on top of it, so it tasted quite greasy. It didn't seem like it was suitable for a seaweed. You can eat with a spoon and stone paper placed in front of you. The meat in Yukgaejang was not as tender as I thought, and it had a lot of bean sprouts in it, so it was good for texture and for haejang. In fact, I think this place is famous for its rich and flavorful broth. I didn't eat Seokbakji, so it was a pity that there was no composition of side dishes to go with it. And I think it would have been a good match if the rice was a little dry. We ate it all and ended up with a slice of seasonal fruit.

I had a little bit of a wait to get in since I was visiting on a busy Sunday at lunch time, but we'll worth the wait! They essentially serve just one dish, 유개장 (yukgaejang) which is a spicy stew with roast beef and served with either rice or ramen noodles. It takes a little longer to be served than is typical of most Korean restaurants, but that is because they are making it fresh to order. Not even the soup stock was pre-made, but Korean soup stocks don't take as much time to make as western soup stocks. The veggies taste fresh and delicious. The typical spice level is similar to kimchi stews, but they can adjust the spice level to your taste. I especially like that this place is a short hike from the nearest train station because it will discourage many people from trying it, but for those who do venture, be sure to pass through the Mangwon traditional market on the way for an added cultural experience.

I always have the yugjang ramen. If your spicy tolerance isn't as high like me, pairing it with the pear juice is perfect :) Noodles are cooked personally to my liking. I prefer slightly undercooked than overcooked. You can also include a bowl of rice if it isn't enough for you. You order from the machine outside first and then give the order receipt to the employee.
