★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The therapist I met was NOT good for me. I had several sessions with her, which was the worst counseling experiences i’ve ever had. I felt like she didn’t care about gender equality or me at all. On the whole, it left an impression like the therapist was not a permanent employee but kind of part timer on me because it wouldn’t happen unless the center supervised their therapists and took care of what she had done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As an expat in rural Korea it was hard adjusting, amongst other things. When I moved to Seoul I wanted to find better resources than those that had been available to me previously- and YPCS exceeded those expectations. They followed up with me only after a couple days, and I was able to talk to them about my needs and choose a specialist who I felt would be most helpful.
As a former student and young professional, I am very happy to have been able to invest in myself in this way. I truly felt helped and left every week understanding myself a bit better. Going back to the U.S, I wish I could have such a service so easily available to me (economically, etc).
