useless tests. When I asked about the details of the disease and the plan for further treatment.
The nurse asked if I had a medical license to discuss such an issue. The doctor just looked at me like I was an insect.
Worst hospital in the Big five.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The VIP room on the 20th floor 1550$/ day with 3 meals. A comfortable room came with 2 bathrooms one with the bathtub with all the amenities also an air purifier, humidity machine, living room and dining table with ceramic and silver wares, microwave, water heater, refrigerator and UV Sterilizer cabinet a lot of storage cabinets and 2 TVs and DVD player.
The single room is 450$ /day with 3 meals. You will get a small room come with a refrigerator, mini microwave, and tv. A limited sitting area.

This place (called hospital!) absolutly lakes all and every profesional/medical standards.
Do not seek treatment in this facility.

She was not aware of the existing VTL arrangements and insisted we had to leave the hospital now as she was not aware of a mid-trip PCR requirement, didn’t want to listen to our explanation. Even claimed we had to be quarantined even though we already completed our on-arrival tests. Even if they didn’t have the service she could have explained it nicely. Very bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a horrible experience at the ER here. There was no one waiting, besides me, and yet, it took them 2 hours to get me an IV and to have me take tests. (even though I was doubled over in pain)No one spoke English(even though so many online websites said that Yonsei Severance hospital is great for foreigners because of translators) and did not try to help translate anything at all. When the doctor told me everything he did not translate it in English nor did he even ask if I needed translation help. If you are a foreigner, please do not go to the Yonsei Severance hospital ER!!! I had the worst experience there. The nurses weren't checking my IV so, the IV bag emptied and my blood started running back through the tubing! It took me over 3.5 hours in total but, I was the only person waiting. Do not go here!
