여자다 보니 차에 대해 잘모르는데 아주 친절히 알려주시고 신경써 주신 한분
그곳에서 딱 한분있다고 했는데 직책을 까먹었어요
팀장급 이상 되어 보이시던데
하여튼 넘 친절하시고 신뢰가 짱 생기시는 분이어서 좋았습니다
제차 상태 딜러랑 통화하면서 딜러한테 살짝 기분 나쁘셨을듯 한데도 잘 처리해주시고 제편들어주셔서 다시 한번 감사 드리고 싶네요^^

Anyway, I was so kind and trustful.
I would like to thank you once again for taking care of me and treating me well even though I seem to have been a bit uncomfortable with the dealership while talking to a car dealer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 엔지니어분깨서 차량정비서비스 내용설명을 친절하고 이해하기쉽게 설명을 잘해주십니다. 다만아쉬운점은 예약이 안되어서 기다리는시간이 긴다는점 그래서 별4개드립니다.
The engineer explains the contents of the vehicle maintenance service in a friendly and easy to understand manner. However, the regrettable point is that the waiting time is long because reservations are not made, so we give 4 stars.

The staff are generally friendly, but it would be good if the staff repairing the car could explain in more detail what part they repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 예약을 잡아놔서 당일가니 엄청 오래 걸리네요. 토요일은 엔진오일만 되고 다른 수리는 안된다고 하네요. 직장은 주말 밖에 못쉬는데 수리하기 힘들겠네요.
It takes a very long time to go on the same day since I made a reservation. On Saturdays, only engine oil and other repairs are not allowed. I can't take a break from work only on weekends, so it's hard to fix it.
