양 완전 많고 국물도 좋았음 간은 따로 하지않아도 될정도로 있는편 김치 담근것마냥 맛있는데 젓갈?향이 진해서 호불호있을듯

최근 경성대 부경대에 개업한 닭칼국수 체인점입니다. 닭칼국수가 주 메뉴이고 이외에도 닭곰탕과 언양식 칼국수가 있더군요. 식당 내부는 최근에 개업해서인지 깨끗하고 넓었습니다. 저는 닭칼국수를 먹었는데 꽤나 맛있었습니다. 음식은 큰 그릇에 닭 반 마리와 면, 그 위에 대파가 고명으로 올려져 나옵니다. 닭은 충분히 고아져서 육질이 연했고 무엇보다 진하고 담백한 닭 사골육수가 맛있었습니다. 음식에는 간이 충분히 되어있어서 소금을 굳이 넣을 필요가 없었고 후추만 넣어도 괜찮았습니다. 그리고 7500원이란 가격을 고려했을 때 양도 많은 편이었었어서 가성비로서도 뛰어나다고 생각합니다. 밑반찬으로 김치와 단무지도 함께 나오지만 김치가 완전히 익지 않아서 이 점은 호불호가 갈릴 듯합니다.
It is a chicken noodle soup chain that recently opened in Pukyongdae, Kyungsung University. The main menu is Dak Kalguksu, besides Dak Gomtang and Eonyang-style Kalguksu. The interior of the restaurant was clean and spacious as it was recently opened. I ate Chicken Kalguksu and it was quite delicious. Food is served in a large bowl with half a chicken, noodles, and green onions on top. The chicken was fragrant enough, so the meat was soft, and above all, the thick and light chicken bone broth was delicious. The food was well seasoned, so there was no need to add salt, and it was okay to add pepper. And considering the price of 7500 won, the volume was on the large side, so I think it is excellent for cost performance. Kimchi and pickled radish are also served as a side dish, but the kimchi is not completely cooked, so this point seems to be different.
